pm38 crashed (OVerZold)

Hello!

Pm38 crashed a few minutes ago and is being restarted. The cause is unknown at this time. Expected ETA: 15 minutes

Service back on for a few minutes, so far we do not know the crash reason, it is possible to be some race condition, the uptime was in hundreds of days.
