DDoS mitigated network under heavy strain

There is a big attack upstream which is overwhelming the DDoS mitigation system.
As a result, we experience packet loss on that network.
These things happen, if you do not expect attacks, please do not use the 188.164.131 network, as there might be some issues even if you are not the target of the attack.

After a long struggle, our upstream managed to fend off the attacks for now.
We are implementing measures to double mitigate, so such prolonged issues will not be possible anymore.
