Can you do some speed test to some locations in Asia?
I am not sure what you mean...
Don't you have some VPSes with us ? What kind of test do you have in mind ?

But I can't do it because I don't have windows VPS =) Is there equivalent way in Linux, where I can transfer to/from another server, but in Asia .

Sure, check the Asian provider for a test IP and a test file.
I can do a test on a windows vps if you insist on that way of testing, will do that when I get home later in the day.
