Also, which templates/ISOs are selected for 'Community' templates?

Re: CloudStack: Getting started
the panel is intuitive and easy to use Sorry, personally I do not agree. It needs a lot of work to be comparable to Solus, and it's day and night compared to DO's custom panel. But the integrated firewall is a really good point! Just as an idea, I'd recommend selling non-HA, SSD based plans as well...

Re: CloudStack: Firewall
I recommend having the following ports open by default:
1. ICMP ping
2. TCP: 22, 80, 443
3. everything else closed

Re: CloudStack: Getting started
I found the IP on the web interface, you don't need to use the crazy console for this.
1. Instances
2. Click on instance name
3. Right side appears, click NICs, look at IP Address

Re: Storage plans with Cloudmin GPL
http://mi.mirror.garr.it/mirrors/debian/ stopped working. Now the only one which routes OK is All the others first try IPv4 and get stuck there. This is IPv6 only and thus works. security. works well for some reason, although it's a v4/v6.
Code: Select all
ftp://ftp.ipv6.debian.org/debian/

Re: Storage plans with Cloudmin GPL
Also, if you are running Debian and change the mirror, you'll realize that most mirrors are not IPv6. You have to specify this manually:
